I am a HR manage in a civil engineering company. I would first appreciate you for your efforts in explaining the core concept of human resource management. I am doing a research to find some innovative methods to retain the employees who are constantly jumping from one organization to other keeping in view only the monetary benefits. I would like to identify some new trends in human resource management which would help organizations to avoid this kind of jumping. I would like to take different opinions from people who already have done research in human resource management in this regard. If you have identified any new trends in HRM please share those views here.
